Delivery costs are calculated based on post code during the creation of a shopping cart containing your order items.

DELIVERY AREA

Delivery is available to South East Queensland, this includes the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and other surrounding areas. Costs will vary depending on your post code. Occasionally delivery to some post codes may be unavailable due to operational issues. If your post code is unavailable, you may email us for a specific delivery price quotation.

DELIVERY METHOD

We use our own delivery vehicles and staff for the majority of deliveries, however from time to time we do engage reliable couriers to assist with peak volumes of deliveries. All deliveries are fully insured against loss or damage.

DELIVERY DAY & TIME

Once your order has been received and processed, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery day and time. You may request a day when placing your order, and we will do our best to work in with what you would like.

Products ordered via this website are always subject to availability. Whilst we usually hold stock of most models, there is always a possibility of an item being temporarily out of stock at time of order. If we are unable to supply a particular item in a reasonable time frame to fit with your expectations, we will contact you to discuss options of alternative models, or cancellation of your order. Of course if you do not wish to proceed with an order due to extended lead times, all money paid by you will be refunded to you.
