Q: What do you do with my old appliance?
A: All old appliances are recycled for the scrap metals they contain. We charge a small fee to remove and dispose of your machine to cover the staff time involved in transferring it to the recycler.
Q: Why is Electric Deals cheaper than prices seen in some of the bigger retail chains?
A: Electric Deals buys large quantities of products, and sells them online only. As we do not have a large retail outlet and a shop floor full of staff, our overheads are lower and we can pass these savings on to you.
Q: Will my appliance have a warranty?
A: Of course, all products sold from our website have a full manufacturer warranty.
Q: Are the products factory seconds or reconditioned?
A: Absolutely not, all products sold on our website are brand new stock. We never sell factory seconds or anything like that.
Q: What if my appliance arrives damaged?
A: Please inspect all appliances at time of delivery. If any damage is present please discuss this with the delivery driver, who will contact our office. We will arrange a replacement as soon as we can.
